1. How can I place an order? How do I send flowers or gifts to Moldova?

Browse the categories and products to make your selection. Please choose your flowers or gifts from the selection of bouquets and arrangements at our store. Click on to add to your shopping cart button.
Enter the address of the recipient, the delivery date and don't forget your card message. Then, please enter your personal information.
You will receive an order confirmation by clicking "place the order" via email soon.

2. Can I order flowers by telephone or email and send to Moldova?

Sorry, no orders will be accepted/processed via telephone.
However, you may send your order details via email and send your credit card details via fax or phone.

3. Do you provide the same day delivery for Moldova? Can I send flowers to Chisinau (Kishinev), Moldova?

Yes, we can accept the same day order. The cut off time for the same day delivery is 2:00 pm Moldova time.The same day delivery is possible for Chisinau (Kishinev), Moldova too.

5. Do you deliver flowers abroad of Moldova?

6. Can I send flowers to Moldova on Sunday?

Yes, you can. Please place an order at least on Saturday before 12:00 pm Moldova time. We don't guarantee the same day delivery for Sunday. The orders may be delivered on Sunday till 12:00 pm Moldova Time only.

7. Can I appoint a time of delivery for my flower order?

We do not have any deliver time guarantee, unless for funerals and weddings. We shall deliver during our regular business hours.
However, you can choose AM or PM delivery option at the checkout page. The delivery time request morning/afternoon is not guaranteed, but our staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request. Please make a note in the form special instruction only and choose occasions type.

8. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club credit and debit cards. With some cards you need to request online transactions with your bank. If you experience any problems when you try to place an order please contact our customer service team who will help you to make sure that the order is accepted.

9. Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, we accept PayPal. This payment method is available for our customers at our web site.

10. What other payment method do you accept?

You will receive an email with confirmation shortly to confirm that we have accepted your order.
Also, you will receive another e-mail to confirm that the order has been delivered.

13. How do I check the status of my order or to track my order?

Please login to your account to track the status of your order or please contact us via the contact form.

14. How will I know when the flowers have arrived?

We will send you a confirmation via email to confirm that the order has been delivered. You will receive this e-mail up to 24 hours after delivery. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate e-mail and that you have added our domain to your address book so that our emails do not arrive in the junk mail.

15. How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances you may contact us during our business hours. Please make sure to have your order reference number at hand. We are only able to grant cancellation of an order placed, if we get notification at least 24h prior the requested delivery date. Please read our delivery policy too.

16. What are the most common problems with orders?

Please make sure that you provided us a correct details of the recipient. We shall contact the recipient to arrange delivery by a phone before. Therefore a phone number of the recipient will help us to ensure that the flowers and gifts arrive on time.

17. What happens if the recipient is not at home/the delivery address?

The recipient may absent at home (the delivery address) by any reason and this is why it is essential to provide us a phone number of the recipient. Be assured that our staff will always try to contact the recipient before and make a successful delivery.
If a phone number of the recipient is not provided or the recipient could not be reached by a phone, our delivery person will attempt delivery and leave a calling card. Also, our staff will try to find a phone number in the local phone directory, to send a telegram in some case and will try to reach the recipient later by phone. Our staff will contact our customer via email or a phone if it's unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within a delivery day. In the absence of the recipient, our delivery person is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbor, receptionist, porter, funeral parlour, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the recipient.

18. Will the item ordered look exactly the same as given in the picture?

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties may be unavailable at us. A bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one of our premium shops, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the color and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.

19. How do I care for my flowers?

To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservative (flower food) to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers will stay fresh longer.
